The Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan announced that government will provide laptops to talented students. The project aims to give opportunities in the form of laptops to the young and talented students studying in public sector Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) across the country and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The project has been approved by ECNEC, as the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme (PMYLS) Phase-III. In this regard, 100,000 laptops would be awarded to talented students on merit through an online transparent system. In the past, two such schemes have been successfully executed by the Higher Education Commission.

Students enrolled in PhD/ MS/ MPhil or equal 18-year application.

Students enrolled in MBA Program (three.5 years, 2.5 years, and 1.5 years).
Ineligible:
Following college students will NOT be eligible for laptops under this scheme
Students enrolled at any non-public region higher education institute (HEI).
Students who've already obtained a computer under any Federal or Provincial Government scheme.
Foreign nationals, besides students from AJK.
If any scholar has now not carried out online or his/her application has no longer received via online portal.
The eligibility for computer award can also be decided on the time of distribution. If scholar(s) didn't produce the specified files and evidence of educational overall performance, towards the data which made him/ her qualified for laptop, he/ she shall no longer be awarded with laptop.
Any selected scholar who exceeded out degree program prior to laptop distribution.

Applied:
Student has successfully submitted his/her application for new registration.
Verified:
Student record have been confirmed by the concern university focal person.
Disapproved:
Student has been disapproved solely by the university focal person due to few reasons which may include : incorrect academic details or date of admission, misconduct or administrative issues etc.
Selected:
You have been selected on merit for the award of laptop.
Not Selected:
The student is eligible but not selected due to limited laptop quota.
Asset Issued:
Student have already been issued a laptop in previous scheme(s) / Phase(s). In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact your university's focal person.
FEEDBACK COMPLAINTS:
In case, students have feedback or complaints relating to the program or their eligibility, students may register their grievances with Grievance Red reseal Committees (GRCs) which have been constituted for the purpose or you may contact University Super Focal persons.
